Founding years
Establishing our roots and first production lines.
SN Chemical Industry Ltd. began with a focus on a narrow range of construction
admixtures and cementitious products serving local contractors. Close collaboration
with batch plants and concrete producers quickly highlighted the need for reliable,
technically supported solutions rather than commodity products.
Regional expansion
Reaching neighbouring markets with shared needs.
As industrial and infrastructure investment accelerated in neighbouring countries,
SN Chemical expanded its distribution and technical teams. The focus remained on
high-performance concrete and repair systems adapted to local materials, climates
and standards.
Diversification
Adding waterproofing, flooring and protective systems.
Customer demand for single-source responsibility led to new product families:
liquid-applied and sheet waterproofing, resin flooring, sealants, adhesives and
protective coatings. This transformed SN Chemical from a specialist into a full
system provider for building envelopes, industrial floors and containment structures.
Global footprint
Establishing hubs in Asia and the Middle East.
To support large-scale industrial, logistics and infrastructure projects, we
established regional operations in China, Thailand, Malaysia, India, the United
Arab Emirates and Bangladesh. These hubs bring manufacturing, warehousing and
technical service closer to project sites and key partners.

Recent years have seen a conscious shift towards sustainable chemistry: optimizing
formulations to lower embodied carbon, expanding low-VOC technologies, and designing
systems that extend asset life and reduce unplanned downtime. Partnerships with
